    With over 6 years of teaching experience, Daniela is deeply committed to creating spaces where practice feels both dynamic and nourishing. Born and raised in Latin America, she infuses her classes with rhythm and soul, weaving music that connects to her roots.

    Her teachings are inspired by the classical elements of fire, earth, water, air, and ether as well as all the training she has under her belt and the teachers who have shaped her path. Daniela’s classes blend Vinyasa, Rocket, Yin, Elemental Mandala Vinyasa, Somatics, Sound Bath and Shake the Dust, offering a practice that is both playful and grounding, meditative and energizing.

    With over a decade of teaching experience, Sines classes are rooted in the world of movement that has shaped her since childhood. Trained as both a classical ballet and contemporary dancer, she carries the discipline, artistry, and fluidity of the stage – now interwoven with her knowledge as a physiotherapist and her love for strengthening flows.

    Her teachings invite both strength and softness, blending elements of Pilates, dance, mobility, and full-range movement. Expect classes that challenge endurance while cultivating presence, resilience, and a deeper mind-body connection.

    She creates spaces where movement feels playful yet precise, creative yet grounding – inviting students to explore their range of motion, expand their awareness, and discover new ways of inhabiting their bodies.


The Practices

Gran Soul Escape retreat will feature different workshops with movement & practices ranging from slow & subtle to wild & ecstatic, including: Yoga, Meditation, Barre, Pilates, Shake the Dust, Strength, Outdoor, as well as other activities.
